Cap'n Wadey Murphy

This image was done in in the early 1980s. The artist made numerous trips aboard the skipjack Sigsbee observing captain Murphy and his crew dredging for oysters. On one particular outing there were more than 20 of these majestic vessels working off Howell's Point on the Choptank River.
